What documentation do I need to provide the hotel upon arrival?

As soon as payment for your reservation has been processed, you will receive a Voucher that you must bring to the hotel in your e-mail inbox, which you must present at the accommodation.

This information are also visible in the "MY ACCOUNT" section in Destinia's home page, where you can access using your email address and the password provided when you created your client account.

In order to be able to give answer to urgent queries and not to clutter our lines, we highly recommend you not to call us for queries related to bookings for June 9 and after, and use the email provided in the "My Account" section. We do beg your apologies.
