In the time of the Pandemic, they charged my card even if i set the settings to payment at arrival. Later they refused to give a refund, even with several deaths on the island. After two months of back and forth mailing them, booking finally payed me back

We stayed here last October, the hotel was lovely, clean & modern. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety. Our 4 year old enjoyed the communal areas, library & spa. We spent most evenings on the roof bar with great view

So disappointed! I booked a weekend here and nothing to do, the swimming pool is very very cold and should be warm. No parking, need to pay to get a private parking. No breakfast included. So very sad I paid a lot for definitely nothing.

For a 4 star hotel it is really good, also if you travel with kids. The spa is a rather small and all in one room. The breakfast amazing. In general the hotel is really good.

Spotless and very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and all in all a pleasure to stay at. Super tapas just around the corner too and easy walking to main shops and cathedral
