8.2My opinion about this hotel Best Western Albahia Tennis & BusinessNatasa - Nov 5, 2014
Spent two nights in this hotel, everythig was good except the food. It is a very affordable hotel, located just outside the town with regular public transport. You get lovely clean newly renovated room with nice view over the sea, A big downside of this hotel is quality of feed which appears to be reuse/reheated the following day!! Especially shocking discovery was that the scrambled eggs were not fresh, they served left overs from the previous day!! This was easy to notice as there were only couple of guests in the hotel . The first morning the scrumbled eggs tasted rubbery I thought, did not chance to try them following morning as it was obvious that they just reheated what was left in the tray previous morning. Imagine they were in the same shape and in same position in the tray as the morning before but just gone more brownish! The same story with sliced fruts, following morning there were frut flies all over. Anyhow you get what you pay for, lunch and dinner were quite greasy but ok. They have more expensive menu to choose from which is I guess would be better quality , however what comes with the full board is cheep and reused. On the positive side Staff were very nice, helfull and polite, especially the lady at the reception. Rooms were great and comfy.

1.4My opinion about this hotel Best Western Albahia Tennis & BusinessDavid - Oct 11, 2014
This hotel is over rated and should really only be rated as 0ne star * in our opinion
THis hotel was situated at the sea, but the sea was not approachable in either direction
The hotel was a ihr walk to anywhere
The hotel was an outdated block of apartment blocks and situated in the centre of such over a few floors but very small and few facilities
WE WERE ALSO PROMISED A SMALL GIFT, BUT RECEIVED NOTHING
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
SUGGEST STAR RATING MUST BE REVIEWED OVER RATED IN OUR OPINION IS A ONE STAR 1* -
7My opinion about this hotel Albahia Tennis And BussinesAlmudena - Sep 25, 2012
It all depends on your expectatios, the hotel and the area is not as cool as it looks in the pictures (there are tall old appartments around and a big rock) but if what you really want is to go to a quiet beach 8 minutes walk, and be able to move freely even by using the bus, car, or tram to other places like going to Alicante in the evenings or to San Juan beach from time to time it is great, I went to the Albufereta beach every morning and in the afternoons I used the bus very often with regular services and short distace to Alicante where I visited and enjoyed the city atmosphere and lovely old quarter and castle. Also San Juan beach is very close by bus. You can also rent the tennis courts and the hotel will offer you the rackets or you can use the swimming pool. The staff of the hotel was very kind and nice, I asked for a few things and they were happy to help specially the people working in the restaurant. Gym is free and wifi too, I got a very good offer so I am happy with the money I paid and service I got. The breakfast was buffet and I liked the variety we had, the lunch and dinner on the other side were menu, the disadvantage of that was that serving is much slower (that is why i did not give 10 points there) and less choices than buffet but again I cant complain.
