    Very nice and helpful staff, perfect location in the best area. Just in oposite of the german ambassy.

    The elevator is very slow - but this is the only thing I can criticise!

    Positively surprised by this hotel. The staff is fantastic and will make everything to make your stay unforgettable.

    This will be for sure "the" address for my next business trips in Kiev.
