Renovated in 2001 this apartment complex is centrally situated in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje. The Gran Sur shopping centre with a big supermarket, cinemas, restaurant and shops is 500 metres from the complex. Guests can find a spa at only 300 metres which offers wide variety of treatments. Guests can find exotic gardens within the apartment complex . The establishment offers a snack bar, a pool bar and an à la carte restaurant. A playground and a games room can also be find in the complex. The functional rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. In the outdoor complex guests will find a sunbathing area, a main pool, a children's pool and a heated pool (open only on winter). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a workout in the gym or a game of badminton. Breakfast is available to guests each morning. In the evenings, guests may select dishes from a set menu.

The accommodation received mixed reviews from guests. Some highlighted cleanliness issues, such as dirty bed sheets, old and dirty apartments, and greasy kitchen. the hotel is very average but it could be a lot better, the rooms are fine but very dated and no double beds.
There is no wifi at all they say there is some in the bar area but there really isn't i couldn't even do simple things with emails with the wifi. it really wouldn't be that difficult to implement a WAN solution across the apartment complex it really is a major issue if you want to do any work here forget about it.
There is a beautiful adult swimming pool with a nice view but it closes at 5pm? not sure what the point of it is or why it closes so early there is no lifeguard there and it is for adults so why does it close at 5pm? this feature alone would be a great selling point of the hotel but they totally waste the opportunity to make something good of it, they should be serving drinks there and keeping it open late.
The gymnasium is a joke and needs removing or replacing the machines don't work and are dangerous it really wouldn't cost that much money to buy a new machine and add a few dumbells and to fix the fans in the room again another missed opportunity that drags down the hotels experience total waste of time and space as it currently is.
The showers don't have enough hot water to shower more than 2 people the water goes cold very fast and the electricity is very hit and miss we had multiple powercuts during our stay and 1 time our room electricity went out and got flooded so we had to get moved apartments, improving the drainage on the balconies could solve this.
final point the cleaners don't really clean the rooms they just change your towels and make your bed , just sweeping/cleaning the floors once or twice a week would be a great help, i don't really care about my bed being made everyday it adds no value to my experience, i would rather the floor be cleaned.
so to conclude i think 3/5 is a very fair score the place could be excellent and 5/5 if the above points are addressed we wouldn't return there personally in it's current state but would gladly revisit if the above issues were fixed. - 4.6Keith MollloyKeith - Nov 3, 2022

Incredible location - beautiful! Heated pool, gym etc, showers were great just short lived. At the top of a hill which was tiring during the week but, great exercise. Food is nice!
